Great Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 large can frozen orange juice
    4 trays ice cubes or 3 juice cans water
    7 qt. ginger ale (2 at a time)
    1 large can fruit cocktail
    1 large jar maraschino cherries
    1/2 gal. orange sherbet
Preparation
    Mix pineapple juice, orange juice, ice cubes, fruit cocktail and cherries.
    You can refrigerate overnight before needed or freeze.
    When ready to use, pour into punch bowl.
    Add 2 quarts of the ginger ale.
    Mix.
    Top with sherbet.
    As needed, add more ginger ale.
