Delores' Double Crust Pastry - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco shortening
1/3 c. cold water
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour and salt until crumbly.
Gently stir in cold water until pastry holds together.
Divide into 2 parts. Roll out on floured surface.
