Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 qt. can chicken broth
1/3 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (13 oz.) can milk
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli and broth until tender.
Do not drain.
Make cream sauce from next 5 ingredients, then add to broccoli mixture. Cook together, then add cheese as desired, and when served put cheese on top of soup.
