Fish Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    garlic salt
    onion salt
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Boil or bake fish; remove all bones, then mash.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
    Beat egg yolks until creamy; add flour, salt, pepper, a little garlic and onion salt and parsley. Mix together, then add fish and mix well.
    Add egg whites; fold in.
    Drop into hot grease until golden brown.
