Saucy Oven-Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Trim fat from steak. Cut into serving size pieces. Heat oil in skillet. Add steak and brown on both sides. Place steak in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients and pour over steak. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
