Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts (boiled and cut into small pieces, save the broth)
    2 small pkg. of flour tortillas
    1 lb. cheddar cheese (grated)
    1 onion (chopped)
    1 green pepper (chopped)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
    1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
Preparation
    Mix chicken, cheese, onion, pepper, soups, chili powder and garlic power together.
