Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. regular vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
ground nuts
Preparation

Bake cake mix as directed in a cookie sheet.
Let cool.
Mix pudding with milk.
Let cool.
Next, mix the pineapple, 1 cup sugar
and cornstarch; cook until thick.
Let cool.
Cream together the cooled pudding, oleo and 1 cup sugar.
Beat 20 minutes.
Spread on cake.
Top with the cooled pineapple and sprinkle with ground nuts.
Delicious and freezes well.
