Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, onion, bell pepper and carrot. Add sugar and set aside. Boil 1/2 cup olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, celery seed and mustard until salt dissolves.
    Cool and pour over cabbage mixture.
