Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1 Tbsp. oil or butter
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 large Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 to 1 c. cooking Muscatel dry wine
Preparation
    Soak chicken in salt water.
    Brown chicken in oil or butter. Chop onion and garlic in a little oil.
    Place in bottom of Dutch oven.
    Place chicken on top.
    Add flour, paprika and wine.
    Simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
