Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetables of your choice (onions, carrots, broccoli, squash, cauliflower, mushrooms, etc.), chopped or sliced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except vegetables.
    Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
    Crunchy and good!
