Holiday Yam Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can yams, drained and mashed
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 small can crushed or chunk pineapple (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
    1 tsp. margarine or butter
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, including pineapple juice; mash together and put into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Heat through well in 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
    Cover top with miniature marshmallows and return to oven long enough to melt marshmallows. Serve immediately.
