Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. oleo
    2 slices cheese, diced
    pinch of salt
    pinch of dry mustard
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. flour
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, melt oleo and cheese. When smooth, stir in salt, mustard, cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Slowly stir in milk. When smooth and hot, turn off heat. Quickly stir in beaten egg and flour. Serve immediately over toast.
