Lemon Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Cream butter with 1 cup sugar.
Add eggs and beat.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with the milk, beating after each addition.
Lastly, add the 3 tablespoons lemon juice and beat.
