Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread, edges trimmed off
6 eggs
1 pt. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned
Preparation

Butter bread on both sides and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread, then cheese.
With mixer combine half and half, eggs and salt.
Pour over other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
