Scallops With Sherry(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 lb. fresh scallops
    3/4 c. butter
    6 to 8 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Coat scallops with flour mixture.
    Melt butter in a large frying pan.
    Brown scallops on both sides.
    Add sherry and simmer until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
