Lemon Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 oz. lemon extract
    3 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. white raisins
    1 box instant vanilla pudding*
Preparation
    *Add 1 box instant vanilla pudding to flour.
