Cajun Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in strips
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
10 oz. mushrooms, cut in 1/2
1 bunch scallions, in 1-inch lengths
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Saute chicken in oil for 5 minutes; combine paprika and next 7 ingredients.
Add to skillet for 1 minute, until chicken is cooked.
Combine bouillon with 1 cup hot water; add cornstarch. Add to chicken mixture.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Add mushrooms and scallions; stir in parsley.
