Lollipops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. flavoring (optional)
    1/2 tsp. food coloring (optional)
    popsicle sticks
Preparation
    Combine in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat sugar, corn syrup and water.
    Heat until hard crack stage.
    Remove from heat.
    Add optional ingredients if desired.
    Let stand 1 minute.
    Pour into greased miniature muffin pan.
    Put popsicle stick for each lollipop.
