Biscuits(Lower Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. low-fat farmer cheese, firmly packed
    3/4 to 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl.
    Cut in butter and cheese until it resembles coarse cornmeal.
    Make a well and pour in 3/4 cup buttermilk.
    Mix lightly with a fork to make a stiff but workable dough, adding more buttermilk if needed.
