Healthier Cornbread(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3 to 4 packets Sugar Twin Plus
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. low cholesterol egg substitute or 1 egg and 2 whites
    1/4 c. nonstick vegetable spray
Preparation
    Mix flour, sweetener, baking powder and cornmeal together. Combine eggs, milk and oil; add to flour mixture and stir until just moistened.
    Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
