Mushroom Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, cooked
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. hot milk
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Mash potatoes with milk and sour cream.
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Pour butter and mushrooms in a well made in the potatoes. Cover with more potatoes.
    Dot the top with butter and bake for 30 minutes at 500\u00b0.
    Can be prepared a day before and reheated in oven or microwave.
