Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 egg whites
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sugar (granulated)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but moist.
    Add cream of tartar slowly.
    Fold in granulated sugar slowly.
    Sift powdered sugar and flour together.
    Fold into egg whites.
    Bake in large tube pan in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Turn pan upside down and let cool before removing from pan.
