Low-Fat Creamy Orange Dessert(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 serving size) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
    2 c. vanilla frozen yogurt
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
Preparation
    Mix gelatin and water in a 2 1/2 to 3-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir until dissolved completely.
    Add marshmallows; microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted.
    Stir mixture slowly until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is smooth.
    Add frozen yogurt.
    Stir with wire whisk until melted. Stir in oranges.
    Pour into 6-cup ring mold.
    Refrigerate 45 minutes, or until set.
