Garlic Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine mustard, sugar, salt and a generous amount of pepper. Mix in garlic.
    Add vinegar and lemon juice and stir thoroughly. Add oil and mix well.
    Stir or shake vigorously just before using. Makes about 3 cups or 24 servings of 2 tablespoons each.
