Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into two 9-inch pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 2 pies.
