Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    basil to taste
    thyme to taste
Preparation
    Mix green pepper, parsley, onion, basil and thyme with rice. Melt cheese with milk and pour over rice mixture.
    Bake about 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven, until cheese browns slightly.
