Ingredients

60 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
3 boxes instant pudding (chocolate or whatever you like)
1 c. milk
8 or 12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Crush crackers; add melted margarine with crackers and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Stir ice cream, pudding and milk together; pour over crackers.
Spread Cool Whip over ice cream. Place in refrigerator or freezer.
Use 9 x 12 cake pan.
