1 c. pecans
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Make crust by combining flour, pecans and butter; press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool completely.
