Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. cubed beef stew meat
    1/2 lb. suet
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    2 c. catsup or 1 bottle
    2 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. red pepper (optional)
    1/2 c. Liquid Smoke
    2 crushed bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 oz. or 4 heaping Tbsp. barbecue spice
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Pressure cook the stew meat, suet, salt and water for 1 hour. After pressuring, add the remaining ingredients and let simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
