Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender; remove meat from bone.
Reserve broth.
Cut chicken into pieces and place in 13 x 9-inch pan.
In saucepan, mix chicken broth and soup.
Bring to a boil.
In another bowl, mix butter, pepper, salt, flour and buttermilk.
Mix thoroughly to form batter.
Pour broth over chicken.
Spoon batter over top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
