Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Place potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Combine chicken stock, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 15 more minutes to brown potatoes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
