Minute Steak Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    4 carrots, julienned
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 green pepper, julienned
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    10 cherry tomatoes
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In bowl, combine cornstarch with next 4 ingredients.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add meat; stir to coat.
    Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Stir 1 or 2 times.
    Drain well; reserve marinade.
