Crab Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 (4 oz.) cans, drained, sliced mushrooms
    2 c. half and half
    2 oz. Parmesan cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can pimiento
Preparation
    Make a basic white sauce using the first 3 ingredients and pour into casserole dish; top with bread crumbs.
    Warm slowly in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 6 to 8.
