Pork Or Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Boston butt or a beef roast
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Oven Method:
    Rinse roast and place on several layers of aluminum foil.
    Pat on the mixed dry ingredients.
    Wrap meat securely in foil.
    Bake for at least 6 hours at 250\u00b0 until meat falls apart.
    Take out bone and fat, then let meat stand in juices overnight in foil.
