Vegetable Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1 medium cucumber, diced or shredded
    2 small carrots, diced or shredded
    1 c. celery, diced or shredded
    1 onion, diced or shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in a small amount of cold water, then melt over hot water.
    Mix all ingredients, then add gelatin last.
    Put in refrigerator to set and keep there up to a week.
    Spread on Roman Meal bread and cut in desired shapes.
