Low-Fat "Fried" Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 onion (optional), sliced
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 2-quart Ziploc bag, place last 5 ingredients.
    Mix well and shake potatoes in bag to coat.
    Pam spray a large glass baking dish and spread potatoes in it.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
