Coconut Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
    1 lb. chicken breast
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place the coconut, butter and flour in separate plates. (The butter will need to be in a bowl.)
    Coat chicken lightly with flour. Dip in melted butter. Coat chicken generously with coconut. This can be done by rolling the chicken in coconut. Place chicken in a baking dish and keep in the oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until the coconut has \"browned\" and the chicken has been fully cooked.
