Cornflake Crispies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. cornflakes
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Using a large spoon (or fingers), mix well.
Roll dough into 3/4 x 1-inch diameter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 11 to 13 minutes.
Cool briefly on a cookie sheet.
Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
Store in airtight container.
Makes about 6 dozen.
