Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oats
    2 c. skim milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
    1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine oats and milk; let stand 10 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cook on nonstick pan, 1/2 cup per pancake. Two pancakes = 179 calories, 4 grams fat.
