Barbecued Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    In 2 tablespoons of butter, saute onions, then remove.
    Add remaining butter and brown the fish fillets.
    Spread onions over fish and season with salt and pepper.
    Combine 1/4 cup water with remaining ingredients.
    Pour over fish and simmer about 20 minutes. Serves 4.
