Bean Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. navy beans, cooked
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
    2 medium carrots, scraped and cut in coin size
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1/2 roll Eckrich smoked sausage, cut in bite size pieces
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except sausage and simmer on low. Heat until carrots and potatoes are tender.
    Add sausage last but be sure it heats thoroughly.
    Good served with a green salad and Hi Ho crackers.
    Serves 6 people.
