Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
few grains salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Wash and dice unpeeled rhubarb and mix with sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg.
Beat eggs slightly, add milk.
Combine with rhubarb mixture.
Place in pie shell and dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Make one single crust 9-inch pie pan.
