Mexican Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 (11 oz.) can Green Giant Mexicorn, drained
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine sugar, onion, mustard, celery seed and vinegar; bring to a boil.
    Stir in corn.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Place in a nonmetal bowl; cool.
    Cover. Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours.
