Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 Tbsp. bacon grease
1/2 c. hot water
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Clean and shred cabbage in a large skillet.
Heat the bacon grease.
Add half of the cabbage, salt and pepper.
Add rest of cabbage, salt and pepper (a little).
Pour the hot water over and simmer on medium until done and water is gone.
