Taquitos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Shredded Roast Beef or Chicken
    Onions
    Green Chilies
    Cheddar Cheese
    Small Cooked Potatoes, diced
    Pepper
    Corn Tortillas
    Hot Oil
    Sour Cream
    Salsa guacamole
Preparation
    In bowl mix shredded roast beef or chicken; add onions, green chilies, Cheddar cheese, small diced cooked potatoes and pepper. Mix together.
    Warm corn tortillas; fill with chicken/beef and roll tightly and small.
    Fry in skillet with hot oil.
    Eat with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
