Coconut Cherry Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and almond extract and beat well.
    Blend in the dry ingredients gradually.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add cherries, coconut and pecans.
    Mix well.
