Chicken Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut apart
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. rice, cooked
    2 qt. water
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a large kettle, combine chicken, water, onion, celery, salt and pepper.
    Cook until chicken is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken from broth and pick meat from bone.
    Return to broth with rice.
    Heat thoroughly.
