Hamburger Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cooked potatoes
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. rice
    2 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. tomatoes
    3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 1 hour.
    Remove bay leaf and serve.
    Each cup contains 220 calories.
