Raspberry-White Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 whole graham crackers
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 bag (12 oz.) frozen, unsweetened, raspberries, thawed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Break up crackers into a food processor. Add sugar and butter.
    Process until fine crumbs form OR put graham crackers into a sturdy plastic food bag and seal.
    Crush crackers with a rolling pin until reduced to fine crumbs. Add sugar and melted butter.
    Knead in bag until blended.
    Pat over bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.
