Chicken And Veg Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon or two cubes
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. thin strips carrots
    1 c. thin strips red bell pepper
    1 c. thin strips summer squash
    1 c. thin strips zucchini
Preparation
    Brown chicken in large skillet in oil.
    Add water, bouillon, thyme, onion powder and carrots.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook with cover 5 to 10 minutes longer or until tender.
    Garnish as desired.
